Mak protisnite kroz gazu.
Krumpir izradite u pire zajedno s makom, dodajte šećer i preostalo mlijeko. Od dobivene smjese oblikujte dugačak prutić i nožem odrežite komade veličine 2 centimetra.
U loncu zakuhajte vodu i dodajte knedle. Izvadite ih nakon minute dok isplivaju na površinu.
Naranču blanširajte, naribajte koricu i potom ocijedite sok. Pomiješajte Philadelphia krem sir s vanilin šećerom i svježim sokom od naranče u zdjeli.
Na dno dubokog tanjira rasporedite sir i dodajte knedle. Pospite ih brusnicama i koricom naranče, pa prelijte medom.
