Sočni buncek, koji se odlično slaže s kiselim kupusom, savršeno je jelo s jednostavnom pripremom u samo dva sata.
SASTOJCI:
dimljena koljenica
2 žličice svinjske masti
slatka mljevena paprika
lovor
krumpir – 500 g
1 luk
kiseli kupus ribanac – 500 g
sitno sjeckani peršin
PRIPREMA:
Buncek (dimljenu koljenicu) prokuhati 15 minuta u vodi te zatim procijediti. Ponovno zakuhati novu vodu, dodamo pola glavice luka, lovorov list i buncek i kuhamo sat i pol.
Na svinjskoj masti popržiti drugu polovicu luka nasjeckanu na kockice. Na to dodamo kiseli kupus koji smo prethodno isprali u hladnoj vodi. Podlijevamo s vodom u kojoj smo kuhali buncek i dinstamo dok ne omekša. Začinimo s paprom, crvenom paprikom te ukoliko je potrebno i soli.
Krumpir ogulimo, narežemo i skuhamo u slanoj vodi. Ocijedimo i pospemo sjeckanim peršinom.
