Isprobajte naš recept za punjenje krumpire s mozzarellom
Naša Zottarella će se najbolje stopiti s krumpirima.
Sastojci:
4 velika krumpira
1 luk
125 g slanine narezane na kockice
1 žlica ulja
3 grančice peršina
1 pakiranje (125 g) Zottarelle
1 čaša (200 g) kiselog vrhnja
2 žlice ribanog parmezana
sol, papar
Priprema
Krumpir operite i zajedno s korom kuhajte u dovoljno vode oko 25 - 30 minuta dok ne omekša. Ocijedite, ostavite da se ohladi i prepolovite.
Prethodno zagrijte pećnicu (gornji i donji grijač) na 200 °C.
Luk ogulite i narežite na kockice. U vrućoj tavi istopite kockice slanine na ulju. Dodajte luk i sve zajedno kratko prepecite. Izvadite i ostavite da se ohladi.
Peršin operite i nasjeckajte listove. Zottarellu ocijedite i narežite na male kockice. Krumpir izdubite, a unutarnji dio stavite u zdjelu sa strane. Dodajte kiselo vrhnje, kockice Zottarelle, slaninu i luk. Začinite sa soli i paprom.
Punite krumpir pripremljenim nadjevom i stavite u pećnicu oko 10 - 15 minuta.
