Izrada Caprese salate s mozzarellom
Caprese salata, talijanska jednostavnost kojoj se ne može odoljeti: bijeli sir nježna okusa, crvena sočna rajčica, malo maslinova ulja, malo začina.
SASTOJCI:
400 g srednjih rajčica
250 g Zottarelle
30 g bosiljka
maslinovo ulje
sol, papar
PRIPREMA:
Narežite rajčice na ploške, posolite i popaprite i ostavite neka malo odstoje.
Zottarellu narežite na ploške pa ju zajedno s rajčicama rasporedite na tanjuru tako da se preklapaju.
Ukrasite svježim bosiljkom i pospite maslinovim uljem. Ukoliko želite, možete dodati aceto balsamico ili čak i crne masline. Također, možete koristiti i više vrsta rajčica.
