1/2 šalice kuhanog slanutka ili slanutka iz limenke
2 šalice kuhanog kus-kusa
rikula salata
cherry rajčice
crvena paprika
zelene mahune
1 žlica maslinovog ulja
1 čajna žličica soka od limuna
sol
papar
kurkuma
PRIPREMA:
Uzavreti vodu, sol i maslinovo ulje. Preliti kus-kus, izmiješati, poklopiti i ostaviti da stoji 5 minuta, ne duže. Nakon toga ga otklopiti i dobro razrahliti vilicom kako ne bi ostao u grudicama. Ohladiti.
Napomena: Na svakoj ambalaži navedene su upute o pripremi, no prema nekima savršen omjer je 1 mjera kus kusa na 1,25-1,5 mjeru tekućine.
Slanutak posolite, pospite kurkumom i poškropite limunovim sokom.
Popržite rajčice, paprike i zelene mahune par minuta na maslinovom ulju.
Kus-kus, slanutak i povrće pomiješajte s maslinovim uljem i rikolom te začinite svježe mljevenim paprom.
Salatu poslužite s komadićima Philadelphia Light krem sirom.
